This Lunalisa privacy notice explains the current data behavior of the public website and browser-local storyboard prototype. It is effective 2026-08-27. It describes the release available today and should be reviewed before any material feature or provider changes.
Scope of the current website
The site provides public information and a deterministic planning interaction. It has no account registration, authentication, payment, subscription, upload, live AI generation, remote analytics provider, advertising pixel, or persistent project database. It does not ask a visitor to create a profile or submit a campaign brief to a Lunalisa server.
The storyboard form operates in the current browser page. Text entered into the form is used by local page code to display a result. The current implementation does not place the brief or generated text into event payloads, cookies, local storage, session storage, or a remote request. Closing or refreshing the page removes that interaction state.
Ordinary technical delivery
Like other websites, hosting and network infrastructure may process technical request information needed to deliver files, protect systems, and troubleshoot availability. Depending on the provider, this can include an IP address, request time, requested path, user-agent information, and basic security logs. The planned deployment platform is Vercel. This notice does not claim a specific production logging or retention configuration that has not been separately confirmed.
Lunalisa does not currently add a remote analytics script or marketing identifier to the site. A future measurement plan would require documented events, data minimization, provider review, consent analysis where applicable, retention decisions, and an updated notice before activation.
Example: what happens to a storyboard brief
A visitor types a concept for a fifteen-second product campaign and selects Proof as the review priority. The browser uses those values to reveal five deterministic scene cards. The page can include the visitor's text in the visible local result, but the current script sends only fixed workflow identifiers and the page path to its local event interface. It does not include the brief, an email address, or generated content.
If the visitor refreshes the page, the displayed result disappears. There is no saved project to reopen because persistent storage is not part of this release. The visitor should copy any useful, non-sensitive planning notes into a system they control.
Email communications
If you email support@lunalisa.pro, the information in that message is processed by the email systems used by the sender and recipient. Send only what is necessary for the question. Do not include passwords, payment information, government identifiers, confidential campaign briefs, private media, or other sensitive content.
Email may be retained as reasonably needed to answer the message, maintain appropriate records, address abuse, or meet legal obligations. The public site does not provide an automated account-access or deletion dashboard because it has no user accounts or project records.
Third-party links
Editorial guides may link to first-party pages operated by Higgsfield or another external organization. Following an external link leaves Lunalisa. The destination can have its own cookies, accounts, analytics, payment systems, and privacy practices. Review the destination's notice before providing information. Lunalisa does not control those systems merely because it links to a public source.
Children and eligibility
The website is intended for people who are at least 16 years old. It is not designed to collect information from children. If you believe a person below the minimum age has sent personal information to the support address, contact us with enough detail to locate the message without forwarding additional sensitive material.
Security and data minimization
No website can promise absolute security. The current design reduces exposure by avoiding accounts, uploads, payments, remote prompt processing, and persistent project storage. Visitors also have a role: use non-confidential example text, keep secrets out of support messages, and verify external destinations before signing in or paying.
Report a suspected security issue through the public support mailbox without including active credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Changes to this notice
This notice must change before enabling capabilities that materially alter data handling, including accounts, saved projects, uploads, live generation, payments, analytics vendors, embedded services, or marketing technology. A revised notice should state the new effective date and accurately describe the enabled providers, purposes, categories, retention, and choices.
