These Lunalisa terms govern use of the public website and browser-local storyboard prototype. They are effective 2026-08-27. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to understand the limited nature of the current release.
Current service
Lunalisa provides public information and a deterministic planning interaction for short campaign videos. A visitor can enter a written idea, choose a review priority, and display a five-scene outline in the current page. The service does not generate images, audio, or video; call a live AI provider; create an account; upload files; save a project; process a payment; publish media; or guarantee availability.
The prototype is offered to evaluate a planning workflow. Its text is not professional legal, financial, advertising, accessibility, or production advice. It does not verify claims, permissions, licenses, trademarks, likenesses, platform rules, or the feasibility of a proposed scene.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the website. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and to accept these terms within the scope of that authority.
Your inputs and responsibilities
You remain responsible for text you enter and for every decision made from the prototype output. Use only material you have the right to use. Do not enter confidential information, personal data, credentials, unlawful instructions, private client material, or content that infringes another person's rights.
You must independently review factual statements, product demonstrations, comparisons, disclosures, destinations, accessibility, and channel requirements before production or publication. A storyboard suggestion does not establish that a claim is true or that an image, voice, song, logo, person, or other asset is cleared for use.
Example of an appropriate prototype use
A marketer enters a non-confidential summary for a fifteen-second campaign, receives a five-scene outline, and uses it to organize an internal review. The team checks the product claim against approved documentation, replaces generic visual language with available assets, confirms the final link, and assigns a person to approve the plan.
The team may later choose filming, animation, licensed stock, or a third-party generation service. Those later services have separate terms, costs, licenses, and risks. Lunalisa's local outline does not authorize or supervise that production.
Prohibited use
Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape the service in a way that impairs availability, misrepresent affiliation, or use the site to facilitate illegal activity. Do not present prototype output as verified evidence, a guaranteed result, or a statement approved by Lunalisa.
You may link to public pages in an accurate manner, but you may not suggest that Lunalisa endorses a product, organization, campaign, or service without written authorization.
Third-party names and links
Independent editorial guides may identify third-party products, including Higgsfield, and link to official sources. Lunalisa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Higgsfield or Amazon. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners. External sites operate under their own terms, privacy practices, access rules, pricing, and licenses.
Intellectual property
The Lunalisa name, original site text, interface, and brand assets are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials. You may use the public prototype for its intended evaluation purpose, but may not copy the site wholesale, remove attribution from protected assets, or imply ownership of the brand.
You retain responsibility for your own input. Because the current site does not save or transmit the brief to a backend, it does not provide a hosted project repository or media-rights service.
No output-rights promise
Prototype text does not grant commercial rights in future generated media, third-party assets, or campaign inputs. If you use an external production or generation provider, review that provider's current terms and the rights associated with every input and output.
Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Lunalisa does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a specific campaign, production feasibility, platform acceptance, legal compliance, or business performance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and termination
The site or these terms may change as the prototype evolves. Material capability changes, such as accounts, payments, uploads, remote generation, or storage, require updated public terms before launch. Access may be limited when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
